Connecting with your baby in the womb 🌀 Whilst pregnant and meditating on my chakras - visualising my sacral chakra glowing all lovely and orange - it occurred to me that my unborn baby would have her own tiny orange chakra too (although unattached at that stage). It helped me to feel really connected to her in that moment - thinking that as I nurtured and balanced my energy - hers too would be affected.

Our babies share our energy until their own chakras attach, which is wonderful because it means we have the potential to help both ourselves and our little ones. Babies' experiences start well before birth and what they feel in the womb matters.

We can welcome them back in to our energy field as we were once one.
