Stages of Birth A5 Pregnancy Notebook

A 160 page (80 sheets) lined spiral notebook featuring my original watercolour and ink map illustrating the stages of birth and comfort measures that might be helpful along the way! A brilliant notepad to take to midwife appointments, hypnobirthing and antenatal classes, to make notes about your birth plan, and to keep a record of your pregnancy journey.
