★★★★★ "I'd been looking for a while for some pictures for my clinic room that were ananatomically accurate but not dry, boring and soulless! Enter Womb to world art! I'm so happy with the foetal position pictures I chose, I got them professionally printed and framed and have already had several comments and conversations about them with the pregnant women I've seen today." - The Pregnancy Chiropractor Sally Scott

The best position for most babies to be in ready for birth is considered to be head down, facing your back (occupit anterior). In this position, baby’s head and neck are flexed and their chin is tucked into their chest, which means the narrowest part of the head presses on the cervix, helping it to open. If baby is in a back-to-back position (occiput posterior) they can’t tuck their chin in as easily, which may make getting through the pelvis more awkward.

Our bodies weren't designed to spend lots of time slouching on sofas and leaning back in car seats - and instead would have been mostly active and upright - so we can be mindful during pregnancy to give our babies the best chance of moving into the ideal position for them.
