I've started to build on my belief that life loves and supports me as part of my healing journey - and particularly as I lead up to birth and want to focus on my divinity and connection to the divine - and focusing on this affirmation helps me.
I have a necklace that I call my 'stepping stones' necklace - it reminds me of rocks going across a river. And I bought it because it makes me think about my journey, and the struggles I've had. I think of my path through life and looking back I can see how everything led to something else, everything was part of my puzzle. I try to remember that what happens today might feel wrong, but it could be the thing that leads me to something wonderful. And that the hardship I
So I welcome the discomfort, I welcome my body's messages, my triggers, my anger. And I try to work on acceptance, and surrender. I try to trust the journey, and keep moving on even when it seems impossible.
